Shipping Policy

We ship pan-India from our Mumbai studio. Here's what you can expect after placing an order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is picked and dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2/3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

• Orders under ₹999: flat ₹99 shipping fee
• Orders ₹999 and above: free shipping
• Cash on Delivery: additional ₹40 handling fee

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. Use your order number (JNN-XXXXXX-XXXXXX) to check status anytime.

5. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fee applies).

6. International Shipping

Currently we ship only within India. International orders coming soon.
